ARRIVAL ROUTE & PARKING

Between 7 AM - 6 PM 

For arrivals before 6pm, please follow the RED* Route directly to Car Park 38 (CP38). After 6 PM, there will be no access.

Luggage Scanning & Check-in Process: 

Upon arrival at Car Park 38, overnight guests parking within Escapade Silverstone will be directed to a holding bay where porters will assist with removing your luggage for scanning while security performs spot vehicle checks. One member of your party must remain with your bags during the scan, but the rest of your group is invited to visit the Welcome Desk to collect your passes, lanyards, event tickets and room keys while enjoying a complimentary refreshment. Once security checks are complete, return to your vehicle and drive directly to your residence to park on your private driveway. 

Day Guests follow a streamlined process: simply park in the allocated area, have your bags scanned upon arrival at Car Park 38 before proceeding on foot to the Escapade Silverstone Pedestrian Gate to collect your passes and event tickets.

RESIDENCE PARKING RESTRICTION

When You Can Arrive & Enter

You only have two specific windows to drive onto the site and park at your residence:

• Thursday: Between 7 AM and 6 PM (The gates close sharply at 6 PM)
• Friday: Between 7 AM and 11 AM

The Lockdown Rules (Once Parked)

Once your car is parked at your residence, it cannot move until Monday. Specifically, you cannot drive anywhere else inside the resort or site during these times:

• Thursday: After 6 PM
• Friday: Before 7 AM and after 11 AM
• The Entire Weekend: No movement allowed at any time during the event.

The Golden Rule: If you are parked at your residence by Thursday evening or Friday morning, plan to leave your car exactly where it is until Monday.

If you need to leave in your vehicle after 6 PM on Thursday, we recommend parking in Car Park 38, however please note that access to Car Park 38 is still subject to frequently changing, restrictive one-way traffic systems. You can then use the Becketts Pedestrian Gate (formerly gate 9), which is open 24 hours, to access your vehicle. 

Vehicle Movement During the Event (Off-Site):

Cars parked in residence driveways cannot be moved during the event. However, if you have opted to park in Car Park 38 instead, and you need to leave site during the event, you can only do so during the operating hours of the one-way traffic system. The hours are as follows:

Entry Only

• Thursday 6 AM - 6 PM
• Friday 5 AM - 3 PM
• Saturday 5 AM - 3 PM
• Sunday 5 AM - 3 PM

Exit Only

• Thursday 6 PM - 11 PM
• Friday 3 PM - 11 PM
• Saturday 3 PM - 11 PM
• Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM

Your drop-off point: Car Park 26 (Red Route) 

If you are planning to arrive by taxi, please request your Taxi Access Pass in advance via your online booking account. One pass is required per taxi.

Getting Here 

Do not rely on GPS or satnav. Temporary road closures during the event mean navigation apps are likely to give incorrect directions. Please ask your driver to follow the red route on traffic signage. Drop-off will take place within Car Park 26, where stewards will direct your vehicle to the correct location. 

On Arrival

Once your taxi has dropped you off in Car Park 26, make your way to the Gate 6 Hospitality Welcome Centre, where your ticket will be scanned and bags searched on entry. Please have your tickets ready to display on your app.

IMPORTRANT: RETURN JOURNEY

If you have booked a return taxi: 

All return taxis must be booked in advance and drivers must be on-site before 15:00, regardless of when you plan to leave. This is due to the one-way traffic system in place at Silverstone during the event. After 15:00, the red route becomes an exit road only and no vehicles will be permitted to enter. 

If you have not booked a return taxi: 

If you are not wanting to pre book a return taxi or your return taxi is not on-site by 15:00, you must travel via Towcester Racecourse Park and Ride, where you can arrange onward transport. 

1. In advance, log into your account and purchase a Towcester Shuttle Pass 
2. Board an internal shuttle bus to Car Park 49 
3. From Car Park 49, make your way to the Towcester shuttle boarding point 
4. The shuttle will take you to Towcester Racecourse Park and Ride, where you can arrange onward transport 

Shuttle tickets are required to board and must be purchased in advance.

Chauffeur 

If you are arriving by chauffeur, your driver will need to purchase a Chauffeur Pass. Please note that due to the traffic management systems in place on site, chauffeurs are unable to drop off and collect or leave and return during the event. 

The Chauffeur Pass includes a General Admission ticket for your driver, giving them access to welfare facilities within the circuit and a car pass for your designated car park location.  

Chauffeur Passes are only available to guests whose hospitality package includes a car pass. When purchasing a Chauffeur Pass, please ensure you have also requested your car pass online by 15 June 2026.

Minibus

If your group is planning to arrive by minibus, please contact the hospitality team directly to discuss parking options before your visit.

Please note that all Day Guests must have a General Admission ticket to access site. If you don't already have these, they can be purchased here.

To ensure a smooth arrival for your day guests, please provide their full names to us as soon as possible. The deadline for submitting guest names is 5pm on Friday 8 May 2026, and please submit all details here. Please note that only pre-registered day guests will be allowed access to site.

Regarding parking, in addition to your allocated resident car passes, you'll receive one extra car parking permit for Car Park 38 (CP38) for every four day guests attending your residence. 

Upon arrival at Escapade Silverstone, day guests must collect their passes from the dedicated welcome desk and wear them throughout their visit. Day guests are welcome to access Residences between 9am and 7pm, and we kindly request that all day guests depart the site by 7pm. Please note that our dinner service and wellness facilities are exclusively for overnight guests. However, all guests are welcome to access The Gallery during the day, provided they have a confirmed table booking. 

Please note that Trackside Residence Owners with Day guests must purchase in-residence hospitality.
