Brompton Wine Tasting & Dinner Hosted by Benjamin Leroux
We hosted an intimate and exclusive evening featuring award-winning winemaker Benjamin Leroux. Guests indulged in a meticulously curated five-course menu, designed by Head Chef Matt Tsistrakis to complement five spectacular and rare Burgundy wines from Benjamin’s selection.

TASTING MENU
The seasonal menu moved from the playful crunch of a Jerusalem artichoke and popcorn amuse-bouche to bright flavours of cured Trout. The experience culminated in a warming main course of Hay-smoked Venison Loin and a festive Panettone pudding.

BENJAMIN LEROUX
Benjamin Leroux is one of the finest and most respected winemakers of his generation. His journey with Burgundy began in Beaune, where his passion took root early. At just 24, he became director of the renowned Domaine Comte Armand, leading its transition to biodynamic viticulture across 15 vintages. Blending global experience with deep respect for tradition, his wines are now celebrated worldwide. He’ll personally guide us through a tasting of his remarkable collection
