Giana Gyr is a London-based abstract artist whose work explores the dynamic intersection of modernism and motorsport. Drawing inspiration from the geometry of Bauhaus, early 20th-century modernism, and the 1970s graphic design of Peter Saville, she translates iconic Formula 1 moments into vivid, minimalist compositions.
Utilising gouache and oil, Giana captures the high-stakes energy of both historic and contemporary races—from the fierce Senna-Prost rivalries to modern-day clashes at Monza. Her work moves beyond traditional motorsport art, offering a geometric perspective on the boundary between human performance and technological precision.
