Start your engines with a House Beetroot-Cured Chalk Stream Trout or Pan-Seared Scottish Scallops. For the main event, choose the traditional Sage-Roasted Turkey Ballotine, or take the pole position with Spiced Ale-Braised Ox Cheek or Seabass with Celeriac & Barley Risotto. Finish with a decadent Sticky Toffee Pudding or our Caramelia Mousse.
Dishes are subject to minor seasonal adjustments to ensure the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Pre-orders are required by 1st December 2025.
